Herne Bay Court - Kent

This historical site in Herne Bay, Kent, comprises 9.5 acres with extensive grounds one mile away from the sea.

 

The site changed ownership giving us the opportunity to re-consider its architecture and the site's potential and pursue an implementable strategy.

 

We developed a new delivery plan based on a needs' assessment, market research and planning strategy. We identified the buyers and users for the land. The development is currently under construction for a new care village across the site, consisting of a care home and retirement living accommodation under two different ownerships.
